In town for Spring training and needed a gym. What this gym lacks in size and variety, it makes up for in quality of equipment, energy and personality. I texted the owner Nate before my trip. He was personable and incredibly helpful. He sent me the code so I could get an early morning workout. The equipment has more metric plates than you'll ever need and had the heavy dumbbells I needed for my push workout. The energy was great and the owner and members were incredibly kind. If you are on travel and you need the energy and freedom of a private gym, powerlifting, CrossFit or heavy dumbbells this is the gym for you. – Member

If you are looking to get stronger, this is the hands down best place to be in Sarasota.
After a few years hiatus from weight lifting, I found Nate who I’ve been working with regularly for about a year now.
Almost back to my powerlifting PRs from my peak of youth.
Nate knows how to structure a program that works, resulting in getting stronger and feeling overall good. Looking better on the beach is a nice side effect.
